Meet Harjit

Harjit has been a resident of Brampton since he came to Canada in 1998. He is a proud father of two – Gurpreet and Karan, who both grew up in this riding. He came to this great country seeking opportunity and a better life for his kids. His Daughter Gurpreet has become a Doctor of Medicine, and his Son Karan is a Computer Engineer. Harjit and his family feel that now it is time for them to give back to the community which has given them so much.

Harjit is a successful Commercial Real Estate Broker and is designated Certified Commercial Investment Member, Fellow of Real Estate Institute of Canada and Certified International Property Specialist. He has worked with Sutton Group Real Estate Company for 14 years. Over these years, his hard work and dedication to serve others has led him to receive numerous awards and seats on the Government Relations Advisory Council as well as the Professional Standards Committee for the Brampton Real Estate Board, in the past. Harjit had received Diamond Award & Elite Award for Outstanding Sales for the year 2015. Harjit's team received Top Commercial Sales Award for 2015 in Sutton Group in Canada.

Harjit holds a Bachelor of Science, a Bachelor of Education, and an Associate of Science Degree in Medical Lab Technology. He is the Candidate of Record for the Ontario PC Party from Bramalea-Gore-Malton Riding. He is the Co-Chair of Ontario PC Party Housing & Municipal Affairs Policy Advisory Committee. In the Past he has been the Regional Director of the Ontario PC Fund in the GTA West Area as well as the Member of Corporate Fund-Raising Committee. In addition to this, Harjit has been an Executive Member of the Ontario PC riding association since 2007 until 2016. Harjit is the Ex-President of the Etobicoke North Conservative Riding Association and Ex-Secretary of the Bramalea-Gore-Malton Conservative Riding Association.

Harjit firmly believes in the grassroots policies of the Ontario PC Party and once elected will work hard to deliver the change this province desperately needs.
